1. Types of Manuscripts Accepted
We accept a wide range of article types, including but not limited to:
- Original Research Articles
- Review Articles
- Clinical Case Reports
- Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses
- Short Communications
- Editorials and Commentaries
- Letters to the Editor
All submissions must be scientifically sound, ethically approved, and clinically relevant.
2. General Formatting Guidelines
We follow a format-free initial submission policy. Authors do not need to adhere to strict formatting at the time of first submission. However, the following should be included:
Title Page with article title, author names, affiliations, and contact information for the corresponding author
Abstract (structured or unstructured, depending on article type; max 250 words)
Keywords (3–6 relevant terms)
Main Text including Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion (IMRAD structure for original research)
References in Vancouver style
Tables and Figures with appropriate legends
Once accepted, the final manuscript will need to conform to the journal’s formatting and referencing requirements.
3. Ethical Considerations
- All studies involving human participants or animals must include evidence of ethics committee approval and informed consent.
- Authors must declare any conflicts of interest.
- All listed authors must have made a significant contribution to the work.
- Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and all submissions will be screened using plagiarism detection software.
We follow the ethical guidelines set forth by COPE, ICMJE, and WAME.
4. Open Access and Licensing
ClinicaPress is an open access publisher. All accepted articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC-BY), allowing unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction, provided the original work is properly cited. Authors retain full copyright of their work.
5. Submission Process
- Manuscripts should be submitted via our online submission system.
- A single, blinded PDF file is recommended for initial submission.
- Once submitted, authors will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Manuscripts will undergo double-blind peer review, and editorial decisions will be communicated within a targeted timeline.
