Our double-blind peer review process is designed to ensure fairness, accuracy, and constructive feedback while maintaining the highest ethical standards. 1. Role of the Reviewer

Reviewers play a vital role in maintaining the scientific quality and credibility of our journal. As a reviewer, you are expected to:

  • Evaluate the originality, clarity, methodology, and significance of the manuscript
  • Identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
  • Provide constructive, respectful, and unbiased feedback
  • Assess adherence to ethical research and reporting standards
  • Recommend one of the following: accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject

2. Review Process Overview

ClinicaPress uses a double-blind peer review system. Reviewer and author identities are kept anonymous to ensure impartiality.

Review Steps:

  1. Receive a review invitation via email.
  2. Accept or decline the invitation within 2–3 days.
  3. If accepted, complete the review within 7 working days.
  4. Submit your review comments through the online system, including confidential remarks to the editor and feedback for the author.

If you need an extension, please notify the editorial office as early as possible.

3. Review Criteria

Your review should evaluate the manuscript based on the following:

  • Originality & Relevance – Is the research novel and within the journal’s scope?

  • Scientific Rigor – Are the methods sound and conclusions supported by data?

  • Structure & Clarity – Is the manuscript well-organized and clearly written?

  • References – Are the citations up-to-date and relevant?

4. Ethical Responsibilities

Reviewers must adhere to the following ethical guidelines:

  • Maintain confidentiality—do not share or discuss the manuscript with anyone.
  • Declare any conflicts of interest (personal, financial, or professional).
  • Avoid using manuscript content for personal research or advantage.
  • Provide objective, evidence-based, and respectful reviews.

ClinicaPress follows ethical policies aligned with COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics). Any concerns about plagiarism, data manipulation, or misconduct should be reported to the editor immediately.
